We ask all new clients arrive 10 minutes prior to the appointment time to complete the intake forms.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please cancel or reschedule appointment through phone, email or online booking system with 24 hours notice. Patients who do not show up or missed their appointments will be charged a $25 fee after one warning.
